The Keuzegids Masters is an authoritative independent guide that evaluates master's programmes in the Netherlands, providing prospective students with a clear, comparative overview of programme quality. Scores reflect whether programmes perform below (-), at (o), or above (+) the national average, making this year's results a strong and consistent endorsement of the Master Game Technology.

These results affirm what students and alumni have long recognised: the programme offers an exceptional learning environment, grounded in industry expertise and individual research-led development. Led by a team of industry veterans and academics, the one-year full-time programme equips students to become specialists in game art, design, or programming, with the research skills that are increasingly sought after across the global games industry.

The above-average score on preparation for career is particularly noteworthy, reflecting the programme's deep ties with industry partners, from intake reviews to poster sessions and expert guest lectures. Equally, the strong results on lecturers and atmosphere speak to the close-knit, internationally oriented study environment that defines the master's experience at BUas.

This recognition adds to the programme's growing list of accolades, including its ranking among the top three game design schools worldwide by GAMEducation and recognition by The Rookies.
